Authenticity
Every timepiece we supply is 100% authentic. Serials and movement numbers are matched and screened against manufacturer and stolen-watch databases. On request we arrange independent verification at a brand boutique or a Swiss watch lab at, or around, handover.

What you receive
New and unworn unless otherwise stated. Set completeness is specified in your quote and may include: original box, manufacturer warranty card, manuals and accessories.

Manufacturer’s warranty
Most pieces carry the official international warranty, valid at authorised service centres worldwide. The term is typically 2–5 years depending on the brand. We can facilitate service bookings on your behalf.

Concierge warranty (when no manufacturer card is issued)
For private allocations or exceptional cases without a stamped warranty card, we provide a 12-month Emirates Ambassadeurs warranty covering the mechanical movement. Service is coordinated in Switzerland; we manage the logistics and insured shipping.

Exclusions (industry standard)
Wear and tear, cosmetic damage, water ingress due to misuse, shock or magnetisation, aftermarket modifications, unauthorised servicing and opening of the case invalidate coverage. Straps and batteries are consumables.

How to submit a claim

1. Contact the Private Client Desk with your invoice and a description of the issue.
2. We arrange inspection and confirm the route: manufacturer warranty or our concierge warranty.
3. We coordinate insured transport, repair and return. Turnaround is confirmed individually.

We are an independent private concierge and not an authorised service centre. All documentation and chain of custody are issued for your records.
