TERMS OF SERVICE / TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Emirates Ambassadeurs Concierge (“EAC”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms govern your access to emiratesambassadeurs.com (the “Site”) and your use of our bespoke watch-sourcing concierge (the “Services”). By using the Site or engaging the Services you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

Client / you — any person or entity requesting our Services.
Timepiece — any watch or accessory sourced via our network.
Boutique Handover — in-person collection by appointment at an agreed boutique.
Quote — our written offer stating price, validity period, estimated lead time and delivery method.
Allocation — a secured unit reserved for the Client.

3. Scope of Services

EAC acts as an independent private concierge and is not an authorised dealer or agent of any brand.
All brand names, images and descriptions are for identification only.
We source strictly on demand through boutiques and vetted professional sellers/collectors.
The Site is not an e-commerce platform; prices are provided upon request.

4. Request & Ordering

Submitting a request does not create a contract.
When a piece is located, we issue a Quote (currency, validity, ETA, route, fees if any).
A binding contract is formed only when you accept the Quote in writing and we issue an invoice (pro-forma or final).
To secure a piece, EAC may request a 10% refundable reservation deposit. If an allocation cannot be confirmed within the agreed window, the deposit is fully refunded. Once the allocation is confirmed, the deposit is applied to the balance. Client-initiated cancellations after confirmation are non-refundable.
For high-value orders we may request reasonable proof of funds. No NDA is required.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, shipping and insurance unless stated otherwise.
Accepted payment channels: Swiss bank wire or crypto (USDT/BTC/USDC), subject to compliance checks.
Full balance must be received before Boutique Handover or dispatch, unless we confirm another arrangement in writing.
Quotes are valid only for the stated period and may be affected by exchange-rate and market changes.

6. Authenticity Assurance

Every Timepiece is 100% authentic. Set completeness (box/papers/warranty) is specified in the Quote.
Serials are cross-checked against manufacturer/stolen-watch databases.
On request, we can arrange independent verification at a brand boutique or Swiss watch lab at/around handover.

7. Shipping & Handover

Handover options: by-appointment Boutique Handover (Geneva/Dubai/London/Hong Kong) or insured worldwide shipping (e.g., Ferrari Group).
Risk passes on signature at handover/delivery to the agreed address.
Lead times are estimates; customs or force-majeure delays are outside our control.

8. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Because sourcing is bespoke, confirmed orders are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable.
Any exception requires our written approval and may include restocking/administrative fees.
Authenticity disputes must be notified within 48 hours of delivery with verifiable evidence; remedies may include repair, replacement or refund at EAC’s discretion.

9. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information; ensure import eligibility in your jurisdiction; pay any duties/taxes; comply with AML/KYC where required. Services are available to clients 18+ only.

10. Intellectual Property

All Site content is owned by or licensed to EAC and protected by IP laws. No reproduction without written consent.

11. Trademark Disclaimer

Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, F.P. Journe and other marks belong to their respective owners. EAC is not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer.

12. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Site/Services to violate law, commit fraud, or infringe IP rights; you must not attempt to interfere with Site security.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EAC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees actually paid by you to EAC for the particular request.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify EAC, its directors, employees and partners against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Swiss law (Canton of Geneva). Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Geneva or, at EAC’s option, to binding arbitration under the Swiss Rules.
