Refund & Return Policy

Due to the exclusive and on-demand nature of our sourcing process, we kindly ask you to review our refund and return policy:

🔹 Return Period:
Clients may request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt.

🔹 Conditions for Returns:

  • The watch must be in the exact condition it was delivered — unworn, unused, with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and protective stickers intact.
  • Any signs of wear, sizing, tampering, or missing accessories will void eligibility for return.

🔹 Special Orders:
Watches sourced through VIP Private Sales, Limited Editions, or customized requests are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

🔹 Refund Processing:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment.

🔹 Return Shipping:
The client is responsible for the return shipping costs and insurance during transit, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
