Emirates Ambassadeurs (“we”, “us”) is a private concierge that sources 100% authentic luxury timepieces through a discreet network of boutiques and vetted collectors. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data.

1) Who we are (Controller)

2) Data we collect

  • Identity & contact: name, email, phone, country/city.
  • Order preferences: brand/model/reference, budget range, handover/shipping city, payment preference (crypto or bank wire).
  • Communications: messages via Telegram/WhatsApp/Email/Forms.
  • Verification (high-value only): proof of funds or identity where required by AML/bank rules.
  • Technical data: IP, device, pages, cookies/analytics for performance and security.
    Note: messaging platforms (Telegram/WhatsApp) process your data under their own policies.

3) Lawful bases for processing (GDPR/UK/CH)

  • Contract — to provide quotes, reserve and deliver watches.
  • Legitimate interests — to protect from fraud/abuse, and to improve our service.
  • Consent — optional marketing updates and non-essential cookies.
  • Legal obligation — AML/KYC, tax and accounting compliance.

4) How we use your data

Provide private quotes (with official retail & market price), confirm availability, reserve items, issue invoices, arrange boutique handover or insured delivery, provide client support, ensure site security and comply with law.

5) Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data for advertising. We share only with:

  • Boutiques/verified suppliers — to secure the piece;
  • Logistics/insurers — for handover or delivery;
  • Payment processors/crypto gateways — to process your payment;
  • Professional advisers and authorities where legally required.
    All partners must apply appropriate confidentiality and security.

6) International transfers

Your data may be processed in Switzerland, the EEA, the UK or the UAE. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.

7) Data retention

  • Leads without transaction: 12 months.
  • Client and invoice records: 10 years (tax/AML).
  • Verification/KYC: 5 years after last transaction (unless law requires longer).
    When retention ends, we delete or anonymise data securely.

8) Security

Encrypted transport and storage where applicable, strict access controls, logging and incident response. No full card data is stored on our systems.

9) Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise: concierge@emiratesambassadeurs.com. You may lodge a complaint with your local data authority.

10) Cookies & analytics

We use necessary cookies and privacy-friendly analytics. Non-essential cookies run only with your consent via the cookie banner. You can change preferences at any time.

11) Children

Our services are intended for 18+ only.

We may update this Policy and will post the new date at the top.
