Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

Emirates Ambassadeurs is operated by Swiss Watch Company Sàrl in Geneva, Switzerland. Our watch sourcing services include Geneva boutique allocations and individually sourced timepieces from private collectors. This policy explains the general process. The signed Swiss contract and invoice set out the terms for each transaction, subject to applicable mandatory law.

1. Geneva boutique allocations

Boutique allocations are reserved and held under Swiss Watch Company Sàrl. New clients ordinarily reserve an allocation with a 30% deposit under the Swiss contract and invoice. The agreed collection window, reservation conditions and cancellation terms are recorded in that contract. A client-initiated cancellation after confirmed reservation generally does not entitle the client to the return of the agreed deposit, except as stated in the contract or required by applicable law.

When the boutique confirms the watch for collection, the transaction is completed under the agreed settlement terms. Ownership is transferred to the client under a Deed of Assignment, followed by eligible Geneva collection or insured worldwide delivery.

2. Individually sourced collector pieces

Availability, year, condition, provenance, set completeness, price and any reservation requirements are specified in the individual written offer. These pieces are sourced to order from vetted private collectors and secure storage. Inspection and cancellation arrangements are governed by the accepted contract and invoice. No unconditional 7-day change-of-mind return is promised for bespoke sourcing.

3. Material discrepancy or authenticity concerns

Please contact the Private Client Desk promptly if a delivered timepiece appears materially different from the agreed description or there is an authenticity concern. Include the Swiss invoice, photographs and supporting documentation where available. We review the claim and arrange appropriate inspection. Remedies and return logistics are determined under the signed agreement and applicable mandatory legal rights.

4. Non-fulfilment and qualifying refunds

If a transaction cannot be fulfilled, including a qualifying force majeure event under the signed agreement, the applicable refund provision will be followed. Where the agreement provides a full refund within five business days, that period runs from the contractually defined refund trigger. Refunds are processed through a compliant method agreed for the transaction, subject to any required verification.

5. Insured handover and delivery

Eligible clients may collect in Geneva under the agreed handover procedure. Alternatively, Ferrari Group insured delivery can be arranged worldwide after settlement. Transit typically takes 5 to 7 business days following dispatch, excluding potential customs or third-party delays. Any return shipment or inspection transfer must be authorised in writing and appropriately insured.

6. Mandatory rights and contact

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts statutory rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. If this page and a signed transaction document differ, the applicable contract governs to the extent permitted by law.
