Can I get a Daytona without history?
Possible but never guaranteed. We’ll evaluate your profile, city and flexibility. If timing is critical, consider the buy-now path.
How do I start an allocation request?
Send a WhatsApp message with the exact reference, preferred city and brief profile.
What’s the difference between allocate and buy-now?
Allocation aims for retail via boutique with variable timing. Buy-now is a live-market Swiss vault piece with typical delivery in 5–7 days.
Pricing & payments
Do you publish a price list?
No static price lists for Rolex. We quote live-market for buy-now; allocations are at retail when granted.
Which payments do you accept?
USDT, BTC, USDC or bank wire (+7% Swiss compliance on wires). No card payments.
Are taxes/duties included?
Quoted prices exclude local taxes/duties unless stated otherwise. We advise per city at confirmation.
Documents & delivery
What documents will I receive?
Swiss invoice and contract. Full set details per watch. KYC and compliance are standard.
How do you ship?
Ferrari Group with full insurance, or handover in Geneva. Delivery city is agreed when quoting.
Can I have a verification call?
Yes, a short video call with a manager is available. Vault pieces are not shown on camera.
Models & production
Can you confirm if a reference is in production?
Yes. We verify production status and city dynamics before advising allocation vs. buy-now.
Do you accept trade-ins?
Possible case-by-case with documentation and inspection.
