This Policy sets out limited cases when a return or refund may be considered.<\/p><p><strong>2) Eligibility windows<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Buyer Protection cases<\/strong> (authenticity or material misdescription): notify us <strong>within 48 hours<\/strong> of delivery or at boutique handover before acceptance.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Discretionary returns on stock\/private-network pieces<\/strong> (not special orders): request an RMA <strong>within 7 calendar days<\/strong> of receipt <strong>only if<\/strong> your invoice explicitly allows a return window.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3) Not eligible<\/strong><br>VIP private sales, boutique allocations, limited editions, custom or engraved pieces, special requests, items accepted at boutique handover after inspection, sized or worn items.<\/p><p><strong>4) Condition on return<\/strong><br>Unworn and unused. All factory stickers, tags and seals intact. Full set as delivered (box, papers, cards, accessories). Any sizing, wear, tampering or missing items voids eligibility.<\/p><p><strong>5) Return authorisation and logistics<\/strong><br>Obtain a written <strong>RMA<\/strong> and return address from the Private Client Desk. Returns must be handed back by appointment or shipped via an <strong>approved insured carrier<\/strong> (e.g., Ferrari Group \/ Malca-Amit) with declared full value and door-to-door tracking.<\/p><p><strong>6) Inspection<\/strong><br>On receipt we perform identity and condition checks. We may arrange verification at a brand boutique or Swiss watch lab. Inspection typically takes <strong>2\u20135 business days<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>7) Remedies<\/strong><br>Where a claim is validated, we will <strong>repair or replace<\/strong> if feasible. If neither is feasible, we issue a <strong>refund<\/strong> to the original payment method.<\/p><p><strong>8) Refund method and timing<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Bank wire:<\/strong> to the <strong>same originating account<\/strong>. Processing typically <strong>7\u201310 business days<\/strong> after approval.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Crypto:<\/strong> refund in the <strong>same asset<\/strong> for the <strong>exact on-chain amount received<\/strong>, less non-recoverable network fees. We do not cover FX\/crypto rate movements or third-party bank charges.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>9) Costs<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If the return is due to our error (authenticity\/material misdescription), we cover insured return shipping.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Discretionary returns<\/strong>: client covers shipping and insurance; a reasonable handling\/restocking fee may apply (if stated on the invoice).<\/li>\n\n<li>Duties and taxes paid to authorities are non-refundable by us; you may reclaim locally where applicable.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>10) Relationship to other policies<\/strong><br>This Policy operates together with our <strong>Terms of Service<\/strong>, <strong>Buyer Protection Policy<\/strong> and <strong>Warranty &amp; Authenticity<\/strong>.
